Return & Exchange Policy

Cyclone Custom does not offer returns or exchanges for any products unless the item is faulty. For instructions regarding faulty items, please read the refund policy. 

 

 

 

Refund Policy

We strive for quality and hope you never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, no one is perfect, so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Refund inquiries must be emailed with in 14 days for national orders and 21 days for international orders.
