How to Build a Perfect Van Galley Cabinet with Oak/Epoxy Counter

The galley for your van is the most labor intensive project you will do. Watch as I show you how to build one.

I used solid oak planks and oak veneer plywood for the cabinet and top.  The top is solid oak cutting board 3/4" thick with another 3/4" lip. It has a thick epoxy bar coating which I'll show how to apply in the video.

Sweet Looking Sprinter Van Rear Bumper Upgrade

Gray Water Tank Heat Pads and Heat tape -DIY

Make your gray water tank and drain pipes 4 season with heat pads and heat tape. I also insulated the pipes using Armaflex to give it further protection from the cold. I did a 9ft drain pipe for the sink that runs the width of the van plus the shower drain that was right above the gray water tank.
